Guidance and team work

The guides approached each team and gave them advice on how to proceed. Each team discussed their tasks and split into smaller groups to focus on a particular task.

The teams made plans and decided what they would achieve. Plans were made in two parts, the final goal and smaller objectives to be achieved for each review meetings.

The guides reviewed these plans and recognized the problems they would face and gave suggestions as to how to face there problems.
